Shipping Policy
How long does delivery take?
Our shipping times are typically 4–11 business days, consisting of two stages:
Processing time:
1–3 business days (order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging)
Delivery time:
3–8 business days (depending on delivery location; time from international shipping center to your door)
You can track your order at any time via our "Track Order" page (in the main menu above) and contact us with any questions.

Return Policy
Returning Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (please include a tracking number). Once the goods are received, the purchase price will be refunded.
All returns must be registered with our customer service team in advance.
I Received a Defective Item
If you received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately at Support@luvenora.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item is damaged
• A brief description
• Photo evidence
If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team.
All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without damage evidence confirmed by a member of our support team, we cannot process a refund, credit, or replacement.
I Received the Wrong Item
In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following:
• Your order number
• The name of the item you did not receive
• The name of the item you received
• A photo of the item received
Exchanges
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order for the correct item.
Defective Products – Return Shipping
If the product is defective, was damaged during transit, or is otherwise faulty, no return shipping costs will be charged.
Returning Items at Your Own Cost
If the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the item is no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and proof of shipment.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation if your order is already being processed.
